Sunface Solar

This company is a scam. You won't save money getting solar panels, you will still be paying the same electricity bill on top of paying for the solar. When you try to bring the issue up with them, they say they'll send a technician out but you'll never see the technician. Upon contacting them again they claimed the four months I waited for the technician the weather was too bad to send someone out, which is a complete lie. They blocked me from contacting them on Facebook and have deleted the bad reviews I have left. So I won't be surprised if this review gets deleted as well. This company is extremely dishonest and are definitely taking advantage of the governments solar rebates! I am in the process of contacting media outlets to ensure no one else gets scammed by this company!

I highly recommend Sunface Solar. I found them via facebook and they have been very easy to work with. Most of my communication has been with April, who has been very forthcoming with the information I needed to make the right decision on the up-sizing of my current system. The installers were very punctual, professional and tidy. The Qcell panels and enphase microinverters that were installed yesterday have been pumping out the power. Thank you for helping me out.

Great job with terrific service-oriented staff. These guys went out of their way to find me a replacement panel that matched my existing panels exactly . They communicated well and did the job quickly and efficiently. Couldn't rate them more highly. Well done Sunface Solar we will talk to you again about getting a battery installed next year.

From the initial meeting, the Sunface solar salesman was very knowledgeable and informative, and kept me updated through the whole process! Excellent customer service. The Sunface team go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Installation was quick and completed within a week and follow up inspections by the team were timely. All calls are answered promptly and any issues dealt with quickly. Cant wait to see the savings. Thanks heaps
