Reliability and thorough workmanship are the themes that surface most often in feedback about Prowash External Cleaning, based in Launceston. More than one customer describes the owner, Ross, as punctual and well organised, arriving when he says he will and communicating clearly before, during and after each visit. A number of reviews mention the transformation achieved on tiled roofs carrying decades of built-up grime, with one noting the original colour had been hidden until the clean.

Solar panel maintenance and gutter cleaning recur as regular jobs, and the same households often book again for the next round. Something that features in review after review is care around the property: run-off, decking and tank water are protected and left tidy, while vinyl cladding and skylights receive particular attention, including paint removal and pressure washing.

Customers describe the pricing as fair, the advice as knowledgeable and the manner as friendly and respectful of time constraints, with soft washing of house exteriors, roofs and carports also featured. The result is consistently described as looking new, sparkled or glowing, and the service is easy to arrange. Regular panel and gutter cleaning remains the work most often praised, alongside the professionalism Ross brings to each visit.
