So impressed with and grateful for the wonderful help I received today from the gents at Tones Electrical. They attended to my damaged panel heater and it was fixed within a matter of minutes! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Tones were amazing. Quickly answered my questions regarding a ducted heating system. Made the appointment to check it out and fixed the problem within two weeks. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend Tones Solar & Electrical Launceston.

Excellent service! I didn't even need to book an appointment. I rang them about my heat pump, and they said they were already on their way. They arrived promptly, fixed the issue quickly, and were professional and friendly throughout. It's hard to find service this responsive these days. Highly recommend!
The whole team at Tones Electrical are so professional to deal with. Brenton and Sam fixed our broken heat pump which is critical to our business operation. They are a pleasure to deal with and have provided help on a number of occasions when needed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Tones Solar & Electrical. Ben came out to quote in person — he was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly talk through our options, which gave us real confidence going into the job. Sam handled the installation, swapping out our old Fujitsu for a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit, and he was just as impressive — fast, professional, and a pleasure to have around. It's rare to find a team where everyone from quoting to install is this good. Five stars, no hesitation.
I was extremely impressed with Tones electrical. They had my oven out within 48 hours of my first reporting the problem to the manufacturer. They were very professional , informative and friendly. A pleasure to do business with.
