Excellent service! I didn't even need to book an appointment. I rang them about my heat pump, and they said they were already on their way. They arrived promptly, fixed the issue quickly, and were professional and friendly throughout. It's hard to find service this responsive these days. Highly recommend!

Ben came out to quote in person — he was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly talk through our options, which gave us real confidence going into the job. Sam handled the installation, swapping out our old Fujitsu for a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit, and he was just as impressive — fast, professional, and a pleasure to have around. It's rare to find a team where everyone from quoting to install is this good. Five stars, no hesitation.
