Solarhub completed a significant package of work for us, including adding solar, battery and a full electrification of heating a cooling. Their project manager Tim is exceptionally responsive compared to other suppliers I approached for quotes. The work was done in a timely fashion for a decent price. Even when we had to make a warranty claim on one aspect, Tim personally oversaw and installed the part to ensure a quicker return to heated house for us. Amazing service, and one that I'd gladly recommend.
Thomas Steer came out and quoted up a reverse cycle air conditioner to replace my existing gas unit. He was super knowledgeable, gave good advice on system sizing and zoning. The process after accepting my quote was seamless with an install booked within a few weeks. The teams booked for install were ECO NRG who were fantastic, friendly, professional, and tidy, and LMC Electrical also friendly, professional, and tidy. There were minor issues with my downlights caused by my small roof cavity which SolarHub addressed the next day and booked in to sort out (shout out to Nick for his help). The team fixed up the issues and made it look as good as new. No wonder so many Canberrans trust SolarHub with their home energy efficiency needs. Highly recommend!

SolarHub is a rare and delightful find: a company that treats the installation of solar panels (among other things) with the civility of a well-poured pot of tea. They are a genuinely friendly bunch—refreshingly honest about what one actually needs, and remarkably devoted to their after-sales service long after the last bolt is tightened. If you wish to harness the sun’s majesty without the usual corporate migraine, they are quite simply top-hole.

I had Tim come around to do an assessment for replacement of a gas ducted heating with an electric R/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional, we discussed several options and I was comfortable with all that we decided upon.
