We had a great experience with Sunstak. We had an issue during the installation that needed to be rectified. Sunstak's after-install service was excellent and responsive and the problem was fixed to our satisfaction.

Our solar battery acquisition was seamless with Sunstak Energy Geeks, located 20 km away in Hume ACT. A simple and timely quote relevant to our needs provided 2 good quality options re battery brands. The pros and cons of the 2 options were well explained. The install occurred on the nominated day. Excellent after sales support was provided by Richard a week later ensuring we had a thorough understanding of how to maximise inn value from the system. He explained the apps features/options, their relevance to particular situations and the design of our system. A great experience with Sunstak, we feel positively energised and activated. Sunstak assisted with the warranty replacement of a Powerwall at my home. They were professional, prompt in responding and kept the process moving when the OEM were dragging their heels or nonresponsive. Highly recommend.

We had a hot water system installed by SunStak on 14 April 2026. Ethan (electrician), Zach and Angus (installers-plumbers) were very courteous and efficient. The Sunstak team installed a Powerwall 3, Expansion Pack, and Gateway to my existing solar system in Braddon, and they truly lived up to their excellent reputation.
