I had a fantastic experience with Solar Power Nation. They recently installed a battery system at my home, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was their customer support. The solar system on my home had originally been installed by them for the previous owner, and even though I wasn’t the original customer, they were more than happy to help me with questions and provide support for the existing system. That level of after-sales service and commitment is hard to find. The battery installation has been working perfectly, and I’m very happy with the overall outcome. I highly recommend Solar Power Nation to anyone looking for a reliable company for solar or battery installations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. The battery at my rental property was installed in a position that significantly obstructs the walkway. I raised my concerns with Solar Power Nation as soon as the issue became apparent. I was even willing to contribute towards the cost of relocating the battery to reach a fair solution. In addition, after the installation, debris and leftover materials were left at the property, which created further inconvenience for my tenants. Despite raising these concerns, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgement regarding the condition the site was left in. The after-sales team advised me that their installers are currently unavailable and they are unable to carry out the relocation. They also advised me not to use a third party without their approval, as this could affect warranty and system compliance. This leaves me in a difficult position—I have a battery installed in an unsuitable location, the company cannot currently relocate it, and I am limited in my options to resolve the issue. I believe this situation could have been avoided with better planning and communication before installation. I was prepared to work with the company and even contribute towards relocation costs, but I expected a more customer-focused approach and support after installation. Good after-sales service is measured by how a company responds when problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I hope Solar Power Nation will take responsibility and provide a fair resolution.

Just had a solar system put in by Solar Power Nation and couldn't be more happier. Mac managed the whole process smoothly from sale to final install, and Pankaj was our installer who did an amazing job fitting 20 x 475w panels, 10kW inverter, and the 25.6kWh battery on my single-storey tile roof. Pankaj explained the layout before install and also helped us set up the solar app to monitor the inverter and battery at the end. Super neat job with all leftover cardboard boxes collected and area left clean. Also, a big thanks to Sarah in after-sales support for checking in on everything and sharing the paperwork promptly. Highly recommend them!

Very good team and a very smooth installation experience. Rajiv C was especially helpful—he supported us throughout and explained the entire process clearly. The installer was also a very nice person, and the whole installation team was very cooperative. Highly recommended. Technical team from Solar Power nation also called to support after installation.

Solar Nation was really good for my home battery installation. They came out for the inspection almost immediately, and the waiting period for installation was much shorter than expected. The installer Ali arrived right on time and finished the job quickly. I recommend them for hassle-free service!

Installed the solar battery 3 days ago. We tried a few other installers but none was able to install the battery before end of April. Then through a friend who pointed us to SPN. I spoke with Henry re our requirement & to my surprise that SPN was able to install the battery plus a very reasonable price! Henry was very pleasant & quick to answer all my questions; all paper works were completed within a week & the installation was scheduled less than 1 week. We are very blessed to have Ali as our installer & his partner Nashman. Ali was very knowledgeable, customers focused & helpful! He advised us on choosing location of the battery, explained how the coupling of both the inverters work etc. He was very professional in his work & the completed installation looks amazing, clean & perfect with not a single wiring showing!! He even advised us on how to install a Sun shade to protect the battery from the hot afternoon Sun! The adminstration department took a while to send through some of the paper work & lacking a bit in communication post installation! All in all we had a pleasant experience with SPN esp with Ali the installer who's amazing to deal with! Will recommend SPN - request Ali as the installer 👍🏼

Solar Nation, after researching upgrading our existing solar ti include a battery and additional solar panels. We sort quotes from multiple companies. Finally selecting Solar Nation, staff were able provide very competitive pricing, which we accepted. We organised an installation date that suited all parties. Just prior we were offered a larger capacity battery at no additional cost. Win Win. Everything went to plan, and working to save us money on electricity.
