Disappointed with their service team - Had our hot water serviced recently - left our side gate wide open after leaving while we were both at work and our retractable garden hose on the lawn with the tap still on. Thanks for the new pool I guess!

The Solahart Cairns have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication and competitive pricing. They are the one-stop shop for solar, hot water and battery. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Install was neat and well laid out with consultation along the way.

We researched solar suppliers/contractors (only 2), and Solahart were hands done superior in the information provided at meeting 1. Our aim being to achieve a $0 power bill, with the inclusion of both solar panels & a battery. Shane provided the graphs, tables and figures to support the quoted system. The install was super-efficient with the owner Blake and 4 tradespeople on the job. The mySolarEdge app is easy to follow and we are making usage changes to ensure we make the most out of the system. i.e.: dishwasher/washing through the day, minimising nighttime use of appliances where possible. As we work from home this is doable for our household. We are yet to receive a power bill since install, however, can see our use from the grid has reduced drastically. The battery has been a bonus, as previously blackouts affected our working day, now we are unaware when they happen as the battery supplies our power when the grid is down.
