Adam & his dream-team attended to install my solar, in Cooktown. Very professional, transparent with processes and procedures. As it was identified by the lads, the roof nails were the panels where to go, had alot of erosion. I was promptly advised of this and asked if I'd like a quote to replace the nails, where the solar panels where to be placed. I did a lot of research before replacing my existing out of date solar. A lot of people trying to sell me the big kW systems. Ran some info through AI and gave me all the info I needed and referenced GSolar as the best ones to use based on quality, service, follow up and after sales service if anything needed repair after. I can tell you the reasons I went with GSolar 1. Didn't try selling me the big stuff and gave. me. the same info AI did. 2. We're friendly and personal. And spoke normal with none of those sales pichers. 2. Kept me informed the whole way through. 3. Followed up after job was done. 4. Clean install. Cheers guys. Very happy
