4.4 / 5 · 7 totalWe recently had a complete Fox ESS system installed by Solar Masters Cairns and overall, the experience was very positive. 21kw worth of panels (48) and 42kw batteries. There were some delays in getting the necessary equipment to Cairns, but this was due to weather and circumstances beyond their control. Saddest part about living in NQ is the shipping delays if roads etc are closed. Choosing the right system was made easy thanks to Vivek, who provided plenty of advice and really took the time to understand our needs. We specifically needed a system capable of running our pool filter for around 8 hours a day, and aircons, while still being compact and highly efficient. Vivek delivered exactly that, designing what feels like the perfect setup for our home. The installation itself was completed in a single day, which was impressive, and the installation team were flawless in their setup. Since then, we’ve been monitoring the system through the app, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s performing. All in all, a great experience with an incredibly knowledgeable team, quality installation, and a system that’s doing exactly what we hoped it would. The only bit of advice I would like to pass on is please keep your customers up to date with delays, whether it be for equipment, or unavailability of staff to do install. If you need a reputable, no fluff, reliable solar company to supply and install a complete solar system, you cannot look past Solar Masters Cairns for pricing, quality, service advice and advice. My dodgy roof install , solar panels move . A brand new roof drilled holes in the wrong spot on the roof cover with silicone. Drilled holes where water runs. Was told I'll coming back to fix it I haven't heard anything.. They promise to contact with 24 to 48 hours never do . Avoid at all cost I will be reporting to correct authorities.. they always say they'll get the installer to contact you in 24 to 48 hours never happens. After this review a month ago I get a call from VIV. area manager saying they will fix problem and will get back to me shortly, I still haven't heard from him ..
We engaged Solar Masters to fit up a solar system to a Gold Coast home. From the onset of contact we have been very happy with the communications involved, from data gathering, sorting needs, assessing the site and finally to the installation, nothing but careful consideration. The trades people on the day of installation were excellent displaying professional attitude and workmanship and exemplary consideration to our needs on the day. We arrived at Solar Masters by researching the many companies vying for our work. Their reviews were superior, the products on research were of great quality and then to have them perform above expectations, just makes us very happy. Thank you Solar Masters.
Solar Masters have done a excellent job of organizing our home solar. Thanks a lot to Rupalben for explaing everything. Electrician were also fast, efficient and neat. We have been using solar nearly a year and we are really very happy with everything and can recommend anyone who is looking for a solar to solar masters.
