I had solar panels installed by smart energy and from start to finish it was handled very professionally. All people involved were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. All paperwork was done so easily and easily understood, great job guys.

We had a great experience, they kept us in loop with all processe.They were on time for the installation, the guys were polite and friendly, they did a excellent service. They cleaned up, would recommend them 100% thanks again.

Alannah was not only professional but also friendly, and able to explain the product and process in easy to understand terms. I had never really considered solar because I hadn't done much research into how it would help not only the Earth, but also my household. Once Alannah had explained the advantages, and walked me through the entire process, from installation, to repayments, etc, I knew 100% it was the right decision to get solar power. Thanks Alannah

Wish I could give zero stars because of our horrible experience with Smart Energy. Be very careful and make sure you get multiple quotes. They are NOT affiliated with the Tas Gov Energy Saver interest free loan scheme so don't let them tell you otherwise (as we were). Jakob tried to talk us into less solar because "he didn't want to put us through the pain of dealing with council". He gave us a price for 2kw less than other quotes but $4,000 more! When I said that it was too expensive, he picked up his things and walked out without turning back. Don't bother with this company. There are plenty of other local suppliers that are much more professional.

Adam is a humble man with a great mind, his company is helping the planet and the future become more sustainable. The companies customer service is also wonderful as I've had personal experiences and installations myself, the process is very easy and granted reduction of your carbon footprint. Would rate 10* but 5s the limit haha, keep on killing it out there Smart Energy !!

Smart Energy Solar we’re fantastic. Jasckson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The install team were great on the day and happy to answer any questions. The after service team have also been fantastic with various follow up calls to ensure all is going well. Overall, absolute quality.
