We purchased a 3Kw system about 14 years ago and decided it was time for an upgrade.They were extremely helpful and we now have batteries and panels to suit our needs.The whole team from the office to the installers were very polite and courteous and we are very happy. Highly recommended.

We had used NQ Solar 15 years ago started with few panels. When we planned to upgrade our solar system this was the best decision ever. From Olga the office manager to Rob the owner & his son Jay they were very professional & prompt. Jay came to see us first to check the condition of our old pannels & then Rob assisted us to choose a plan suitable for us. Within 3 days the old panels were removed & new ones up + a battery for storage. All their staff to were very courteous & professional. Thank you guys you did and amazing job!! you are definately one of the best in cairns . Now it is up to Sunny days for less Ergon charges Thank you guys !!

This company is fabulous. Rob and his team installed the solar system on our family home over 9 years ago. About 2 years ago, when we replaced our roof, I asked Rob to inspect the system and give us honest advice about whether the panels needed replacing. They didn’t. The team from NQ Solar cleaned the panels and reinstalled them, saving us thousands. Rob could easily have told us to upgrade everything and made more money, but that’s not the kind of business he runs. Since then, Rob has also installed a system on one of our rental properties. One of his technicians even picked up an issue caused by a roofing error and advised us early, again saving us a huge amount of money. This is a local company serving local families with honesty, fairness, and genuine care for their customers and community. We are incredibly grateful for the service and integrity Rob and his team continue to show.

Hi Rob thanks for upgrading my solar yesterday. I am a second time customer of Rob as he put in my now in hindsight 1.7kva system years ago, Not a problem with that one. He uses quality parts throughout the syetem that symply don't break. The whole team were great with this install. Going big this time batteries and all. Put in a huge 15 kva system and a 20 kva batteries, solar power 24 hours a day!The roof is full of panels now and the did a great job all the way through. Can't recommend them enough. Now onto the batteries once the government dicides to open their wallets for the cheaper batteries from July 1. Thanks again David Phillips Bayview Hiights.
