Battery installation stands out as the work that customers most often describe, with solar panels mentioned alongside it, and the recurring praise centres on workmanship and conduct throughout the job. Multiple accounts describe the process as smooth from first contact to completion, noting that the team arrived when arranged and finished promptly.

Umair is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing him as professional, open and honest in answering questions, setting realistic time frames and assisting with additional requests, while remote assessment and coordination are mentioned by customers who were away for work. One thing mentioned again and again is the clarity of the explanations given before, during and after installation, alongside the tidiness of the finished work, with the area left clean once the crew had gone.

Reviewers also highlight fair and competitive pricing, with quotes described as cost-effective and structured to maximise system value, and specific equipment such as an iStore battery or a Fox Ess inverter paired with a large battery is mentioned in connection with the quality of the result. Follow-up communication after the work is finished is noted as appreciated, and the friendliness of the team is mentioned alongside its efficiency, with the completed battery systems reported as performing as intended once installed.
