Koala Solar

Fantastic service on battery installation. Have previously used Koala for a solar install. Very neat and tidy. Provided different battery options and explained the pros and cons of each.

Fantastic service from Koala Solar!I recently chose Koala Solar for my 6.6kW system installation and couldn't be happier. The customer service team kept me up to date with everything prior to installation. The installers arrived on time, were professional, polite, and respectful of my property. The workmanship is top-tier with very neat cabling and panel placement. They took the time to explain how everything works before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stress-free professional solar installation!!

I had extra solar panels, Sigenergy battery and EV AC charger installed by Koala Solar, and am very happy with their product and service. Communication was quick and clear, they arrived on time and completed a thorough job. The day after install I noticed an issue with my aircon and hot water system after the team needed to do significant upgrades and work in the switchboard. Koala were responsive and the team were able to make time to come out within a few hours to check and rectify the problem - excellent service and very happy customer! Would happily use and recommend their service to others.

Koala were great, easy to deal with estimated exactly the right sized panel and battery set up for our needs and the installation crew were brill. Living our new signenergy system it’s awesome - Richard installed in June 2026

Very happy with the service from Koala Solar. The administration staff were very responsive and helpful and provided plenty of detail. The installers were on time and very polite and did an excellent job installing extra solar panels and a Sigenergy battery. They covered up the holes in the brickwork from the old invertor and the site was left clean and tidy

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. They deserve 6 Stars! From the salesman that took the time to explain the system to me and Tailor a package specifically to me unlike many of the other quotes I received. Through to the installers that showered up promptly on the day of install and managed to absolutely smash it. The install looks amazing no half arse work here! Even took the time in handover to teach me how it all works and fulfill a few extra requests I had when they could have just said no. Thanks heaps to everyone over at Koala solar, I will be singing your praise to everyone that will listen.

Absolutely amazing and professional experience from initial quote to final instal and aftercare. We got a 10kw solar system, 16kw Sigenergy battery + 5kw inverter. Started with an easy no obligation quote which turned out to be the most competitive for the product. Was a very easy process getting all the rebates with the friendly office staff getting it all sorted quickly. Making sure we got our bang for our buck with all current rebates. Come install day, everyone turned up early and were super friendly. Great workmanship and then stayed back to ensure that my wife (as I was away) was shown and taught how use the system and app. They also have a good aftercare service which we obviously haven’t had to use but seems like an easy process. Great company to deal with and will happily use them again. Reccomend Koala solar to anyone.
