Easy 5 stars for the PSW team - quoting process was very straightforward, great communication when responding to queries and managing expectations - install was awesome and done in less than a day and the battery and panels have been working like a dream. Very satisfied with the service and you absolutely can't go wrong engaging the team!

The system itself works fine and the installation meets compliance, but that's the bare minimum. I chose a modular system, which by design is meant to be expandable. PSW mounted the battery directly under the inverter isolator with no room to add more modules later. When I raised it, I was told future proofing wasn't in the contract and that I should have flagged it during installation. Apparently, it's the customer's job to think ahead, not the installer's. I didn't tell them I wanted to expand and I shouldn't have to. It's common sense to leave room for growth when installing a modular system. If you're considering PSW Energy, don't assume they'll plan for your future needs. Be prepared to double check everything and spell out the obvious. Good product, poor foresight.

From the moment I walked in to get a quote from Perth Solar Warehouse the service was terrific. The quote was done by Fraser Santaromita. It was done quickly, accurately and easy to understand. The process was made easy by their input. The installation of the new Solar system was seamless. The guys turned up on time and just got stuck in. After the instal Alec made sure I understood how the system was working and I understood how to shut the system down if needed. He also made sure I could down load the app onto my phone and understand how to use it. The app allows you to see how the system is running. We are very happy with the new solar system and battery installation. The installation team were very helpful and professional in the installation. As our home is owner built and only a 5 degree roof pitch, it had some challenges, but they worked in with my husband to achieve the best installation. The follow up from PSW after a month of operation was appreciated. So far our system has been operating as expected and we have installed the app so we can monitor our battery.
