I had a good experience with Regen Power. The whole process was easy from the beginning to the end. The installation team arrived on time, did a neat job, and cleaned everything up after they finished. The solar system is working well, and I am happy with its performance. The staff were helpful, answered my questions, and explained everything clearly. Overall, I am happy with both the product and the service. We were recommended Regen from our neighbour who had solar panels and a battery installed recently. Was very happy with all their staff that I interacted with from the initial contact, the proposal and options, to signing up and finally the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were very happy with the price for the complete system and that all the rebates were taken care of on our behalf plus a couple of discounts that were thrown in. We were even offered a battery upgrade for a discounted price but stuck with our original quote. From signing up, to installation, was quite quick too as we were warned of up to a 16 week turnaround because of demand but it ended up being around 6 weeks which is just fantastic. The panels look to be very high quality and the battery/inverter is much smaller than I thought it would be. The installers were great too. They did a great job removing our old system, getting the new system installed and up and running quicker than I thought plus doing a very professional job. All up, I can highly recommend Regen for your solar/battery needs.
