Absolutely fantastic to deal with! From my initial request for quotation (I sent requests to 3 well known Solar \ Battery companies SoR), JFK were very prompt in engaging with me. It was abundantly clear that James D., their Solar Sales Design Lead, had actually READ the specifications of what I wanted to achieve with my system as well as using the historical usage data I had sent out with the requests. His system design completely satisfied my current needs (and all of the future expansion planned for my usage pattern). This wasn't the case with the competitor quotes. After a bit of to and fro with system designs with one of the competitors - they came back with a near identical design to James' but over 8% more expensive. So, pricing - another win for JFK. The girls running the scheduling \ admin \ certification \ subsidies \ invoicing side of the contract were pleasant to deal with and efficient. No issues there. Once we'd finalised the design, a site visit was conducted by Shane. Again. Very thorough. Very professional. He discussed suitable sites for mounting the system and advised on pros \ cons of each option. He talked through how the installation would go on the day and answered the few questions I had. The actual day of installation (yesterday) was scheduled to commence at 0630. Max appeared on my driveway BANG ON 0630 and got the ball rolling for the rest of the crew. By 0700, there were more JFK Tradies climbing over my roof than I could count! By 1430, the removal of my old system (hopefully for repurposing off-shore) and installation of my new system was completed and I was being shown how to use the app that controls the kit. By 1800 I was embracing 'free' electricity and encouraging the kids to leave their room lights on. John and his team did a great job with our solar panel and inverter installation. They were professional, efficient, and completed the whole job in just 3 hours. Everything was explained clearly and the installation was neat and tidy. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solar installer. We recently added two additional batteries, and once again the team did a fantastic job. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and the system has been working great ever since. After doing a lot of research online and asking for quotes all around - I landed on JFK and I absolutely do not regret it one bit! They were both the most cost-effective option, while also being the most reliable. These guys have been around for a while and their good reputation is well deserved. Bruce and his team did the install of our Solar, and then later, our Battery upgrade. I'm recommending these guys to all my friends!

From my first call with Jaymie to the actual installation of my EV Charger by Shane and Bruce and their team , it was a smooth , seamless and amazing experience! Jaymie was very patient and understanding with all my calls and questions, and Shane and Bruce were very professional , down to earth and friendly, and patiently answered all my questions during the installation process and follow up . Helped me install and set up the Sigenergy app and ensured everything was working properly. They cleaned up everything after the work was done . And all of this for a very reasonable price ! JFK were a great team to work with from day 1. They did all the paperwork, booked my install in, arrived on time, cleaned up after the install. Kept me informed as installation progressed.
