I am so very grateful for the entire process of Jessups Solar Squad being contacted by myself in April to ask if they could give me a quote and advise on the BEST and appropriate information regarding installation of a new heat pump in my home. The home visit and discussion was very timely and I was so very grateful for your advice and immediately ordered my new heat pump, and was fortunate to have it installed in May before the Tasmanian cold winter.what a great and efficient new model inverter heater it is too. It is a new model and so different and more effective than my previous heater. I cannot speak highly enough of the service as well as this new model heater. For brevity, what I will say is that Karen, in Operations, and Mike with his technical expertise, lead their team of qualified technicians with exemplary service and customer care. Added to this, their professionalism and workmanship is of the highest standard. Without hesitation, I can highly recommend Jessups Solar Squad in Launceston.
