Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish! We recently had solar panels, a battery, and an EV charging unit installed by In Series Electrical and Solar, and I cannot praise this business enough. Booking and communication were seamless, thanks to Kelly manning the phones and keeping everything perfectly organized. On the day of installation, the team—Dev, Dom, Brad, Kian, and Hamish—faced a freezing, unpredictable Tasmanian winter day. They worked efficiently through a cold, dry morning, but when the afternoon turned incredibly wet and miserable, their professionalism didn't waver for a second. They persevered through the awful weather to get the rooftop job done. To top it off, when a comms board unexpectedly failed, there was zero panic or delay. They hastily dispatched a replacement from town, resolved the issue on the fly, and had the entire system fully operational by the end of the day. Watching the system kick over and knowing we are now pulling free power from the sun is incredible. In Series Electrical and Solar is a masterclass in how a business should be run. Highly recommend this company. Honest, up front, reasonable pricing and great job for the install. The guys who did the install were awesome. Easy to get along with and did an excellent job + no cracked tiles, thanks guys. I was recommended this company by a friend and glad I went with them. The Tesla battery is a winner.

Des and his team run a very professional and courteous firm. They set up our off-grid system and have subsequently come back to add additional batteries and solar panels. We have a 12 KW solar and 23 kw/h battery and 13KV diesel generator back up. All work was performed to a high standard and there has been no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them and have already done so, particularly in a world where there are some unscrupulous operators out there, you can rely on In Series. .

A long overdue review for Des and his team at In Series Electrical. These guys came in with a quote over 20% better than others for the supply and install of 9Kw of panels and a FranklinWH system. The fact that we had to wait a few months only shows how busy they are, and a busy company must be in demand for a reason... Being an older home, our install was challenging but In Series was quick with a solution which K in the office was able to hand deliver, despite the long distance. Follow-up support has been excellent with someone promptly on-site to investigate. We can highly recommend Des and his team for your next electrical project!

We are really happy with the service received from In Series from the beginning to the end. No question was a bother and happily helped us through the process of installing an EV Charger to our solar battery. The customer service team were great to work with. Definitely recommend In Series.
