We bought a Fox ESS battery install with Inverter. The men that were sent were very polite and efficient. Their teams were sent from Dandenong all the way to Bendigo for the days installs. They all worked very well together and did not mind me watching and taking pics of the progress. I did not include them in any photos though. The battery was up and running and working as it should in under 3 hours. We did want the blackout protection as well but our house was not compatible with that arrangement, which we accepted. It has only been a couple of days using the battery but it seems very good. I am pleased we went ahead with it. It took just over 2 months from contract sign and deposit to install, which I thought seemed good, considering how many installs are going on in this country with the battery rebates. I feel pleased with how Solar Masters have conducted their business and their communication so far and am looking forward to the final inspection and the certificates of Electrical safety to arrive.

I had a 3phase 48kw battery cq6-L8 with 15kw inverter installed. AC coupled to existing panels. Took about 3 weeks from my confirmation until installation. They used a local installer Terry. He was great, very friendly and professional. He explained everything. I wanted to change my installation position and he was fine with the change. I just had go to bunnings to get 2 bollards and he installed them for me at no extra charge. App works great, can see how much solar is produced, how much the house is using, how many KW battery is being charged at and its percentage. I researched the battery and knew it was good but was concerned about the installation but no problems at all very happy.
