I had ducted installed at my home and a week later solar panels and a battery were installed . All systems were installed in a day . The teams were professional were across all the details and coordinated . Rimu visited my home for the consultation and provided excellent advice and options in the proposals at a reasonable price. Applications for rebates were coordinated through the office.. A friend recommended Energy SA to me . I appreciate the recommendation . I have benefited by having high quality ducted air conditioning along with latest battery and solar systems for a sustainable future !
A very smooth process from our first enquiry to installation. Installers were very respectful and polite and cleaned up completely once they had finished. They were very happy to answer any questions we had and explained the system etc clearly. Would highly recommend Energy SA for solar.
We had a great experience with Energy SA from start to finish. The two installers who worked on our solar panels were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Communication with Addie was excellent throughout the whole process, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had. The installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Energy SA were amazing from start to finish. I could not be more pleased. Initially Robby was super helpful when deciding on the solar/battery/EV system that would suit me and was more than happy to answer all my questions by phone or email and took the time to explain everything in detail. His product knowledge is superb. All quote options and any information for sign up was spelt out clearly and professionally by email and made it as easy as possible. For installation, Lewis and his team were brilliant. They obviously know their stuff and just get in and work hard and get the job done in a timely, clean manner. They also kept me informed every step of the way and explained all relevant information and at the end gave a full system run through, and answered all my questions in detail. They are also punctual. The office staff were also friendly and proactive and they do what they say they will do. I would 100% happily recommend Energy SA to anyone thinking of using them.
Spoke to Sam about an update to our old system. He arranged a quote and gave us a date to install if we went ahead. We did and the installer,Cameron,rocked up on time,completed the task,removed the rubbish and cleaned the site. A follow up call by the office staff the next day to ensure all went well was nice. We can't speak highly enough of Rimu, Sales Consultant, from Energy SA, for the time he spent with us to understand our energy needs and to make appropriate recommendations of various costings & alternatives within our budget and available options. BUT... He isn't just a 'salesman' as he's been working in this industry for a long time. He was able to re-configure our 22 existing solar panels & incorporate another 12 to get us the best of our new battery. (re sun-light/shade & no more back-outs) We are so grateful for his experience, professionalism, timeliness, and willingness to go above and beyond. We would recommend Rimu & therefore Energy SA, to everyone.
