Just had a neovolt system installed at my house. Excellent service from start to finish, Parry was brilliant with explaining the quote, the installers were prompt and super friendly, very tidy also. Excellent looking system. Would highly recommend if you're looking.

We had a Battery and Solar panels installed June last year with the proviso we would have the Rebate shortly and the Battery would be turned on at the start of July. We also requested that the battery be connected to the bore so that in case of bushfire we would still have water, to which they said not a problem. The installation seemed to go well and was on time. We cheerfully paid our bill on time and waited. So, by September we have still not had the system turned on and no sign of the rebate. I leave a review because nobody will answer the phone and they respond by getting the system turned on and the Rebate paid. System gets turned on and still no rebate. Come December [Summer time] still no promised Solar Rebate and we test the battery, not connected to the bore pump. I contact again. They say they will get someone out to check the battery is connected to the bore and ask for Bank Details. I provide the Bank Details and wait, and wait. They say it has been handed on to the Accounts department. Whoops, they claim to have accidentally paid to the wrong account. 6th March I contact again. They will sort it shortly. 24th March I ask again. Nothing 30th March, still no Rebate or Electrician to connect the bore pump to the battery, My message on 1st April was read and not actioned. It is now 17th April. Very disappointed and unhappy. These people are disorganised, unresponsive and increasingly seem to downright dishonest. No effort to fix things or help us out. Looks like I will have to take it up with the Ombudsman. Take my advice and stay away from these scammers, no integrity and no follw up. They have no care for their clients once they have their money

Appreciate these guys very much, I found them when I wanted solar panels years ago they gave me then panels I wanted and extra for cheap price. Years later they ring me up and ask if I wanted the battery eith the gov rebate didnt push the sale just a friendly sms reply yes if you do. I met parry who came out and explained how the battery worked and assessed my usage for the best battery for my house. Then parry went the extra mile and kept inconact every day afterwards until the job was complete. The contractors were also very clean quick and polite

Parry, a highly trained electrical engineer assisted us in every step of the decision making, installation & post installation process giving us clear understanding of our systems operation & warranty procedures. The installation electrician & team were highly skilled, neat & precise. The price was very fair & competitive. Parry used his extensive knowledge, patience, personable & calm personality to assist us in every way. His service was exemplary.

I found dealing with Clean and Green to be very good from the get go. Prerak (Parry) was very professional and answered all my questions and queries with patience and courtesy. The battery was installed by a local electrician who I also found to be efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in solar Panels or a battery.
