We contacted Wayde at a very busy time of the year (due to rebates) after our existing system failed and the suppliers had gone belly up. He explained the process of getting a new solar and battery installed clearly. He wasn’t pushy - just very competent. The installation team led by Jack were very personable, courteous and efficient and left the place clean. They communicated every stage of the installation clearly and we’re very pleased with the result.

From start to finish Lindsey Ditfort and the rest of the staff at Empower were excellent and easy to dealt with. She took the time to ensure that the system we ordered was suitable for our needs and helped us negotiate the government rebates and loan application too. Alongside Karen we were able to have our installation conducted months ahead of time due to a last minute cancellation. Would definitely recommend Lindsey for anyone looking at a new solar system.

Great experience. ESA made the whole process easy from start to stop. Good communication and explaining how the system covered what I wanted to achieve. The tradesmen were professional and minimised disruption to the home. Highly recommended. I haven’t drawn anything from the grid since it was installed, perfect!

We are really happy with the whole experience with Empower Solar, from going through the options with Lindsey Ditfort (Consultant) to the actual installation of solar panels, solar battery and switchboard upgrade. Lindsey was very helpful and patient with all my queries and did her best to resolve any questions that I had. The install team were also great - installing everything on the scheduled day before the rain. Delighted that we no longer require to rely on the grid for our daily electricity.

I had a Sigenergy system installed from Empower Solar Australia and its been working so well! Empower had excellent communication, the installers were understanding and helpful with my requests. Most importantly I am saving good money on my synergy bill :) I would recommend Empower and will use them again!
