EcoKleenSolar Noosa

EcoKleenSolar Australia was established in Queensland in 2015. It operates as a franchise business network with operators in almost every Australian mainland state, and its operators are small business owners who live and work locally. EcoKleenSolar Noosa serves the Noosa region, including Noosa Heads, Tewantin, Kin Kin, Pomona, Cooroy, Eumundi and surrounds.

The business works with clients ranging from home and small business owners to large-scale solar farms. Services include solar panel cleaning, inspections, thermal imaging, bird proofing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. EcoKleenSolar Noosa is run by Craig and Harvey.

Craig and Harvey are the names that surface most often in accounts of this Noosaville business, with customers describing a professional and friendly pair who stay on a job until they are satisfied with the outcome. The work itself centres on cleaning solar panels that have gone years without attention, and several reviewers note the panels performing more efficiently afterwards. Exterior areas beyond the array also feature in the feedback, with roofs, skylights and the surrounds of homes and apartment blocks all attended to, and the difference afterwards described as striking.

A theme running through the feedback is the communication before, during and after the job, from the initial enquiry through to quoting and completion. Punctuality and thoroughness are praised, one customer noting the job was finished without wasted time, while another appreciates the persistence when a task ran longer than anticipated. Tidiness and the use of proper safety equipment while working at height are mentioned, including correct gear on a Colorbond roof. Prompt service, clear dealings and a visible improvement in solar performance run through the accounts.
