Spic N Span Solar

Spic N Span Solar is an owner-operator solar maintenance and repair business. It has years of hands-on experience. The business is fully insured with $20 million public liability insurance and is police-checked. It holds Working at Heights Certification. A 100% satisfaction guarantee is offered, along with a 10-year guarantee on bird proofing.

Spic N Span Solar services Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Logan, and Ipswich. It uses a water-fed brush paired with a DI pure water treatment system. Main services include solar panel cleaning, bird proofing, possum prevention, solar hot water cleaning, solar system health checks, and gutter cleaning.

Pigeon problems on rooftop arrays are a recurring theme in accounts of this Sunshine Coast operation, which handles bird proofing alongside panel cleaning. A handful of customers describe a process that begins with a physical inspection, followed by a clear explanation of the available options and a quote offered without delay. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is punctuality, with arrivals on schedule and work completed efficiently, even when wet weather pushed a planned installation to the next dry day.

Reviews regularly refer to the standard of the finished result, including care taken around and beneath the panels before mesh was fitted, and the before-and-after photographs provided as evidence of the transformation. Communication is called courteous and straightforward, and the pricing is described as fair and affordable. Mark, the principal, is named regularly and characterised as friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, taking time over challenging sites rather than rushing. Gutters feature too, with clogged channels cleared and roof areas tidied, and company buildings appear alongside private homes. What stays with customers is a job done properly and a tradesperson who knows his work.
