With unpredictable weather on the coast, it’s was questionable whether they would get it done, but they all worked so hard and had it finished by late afternoon. Liam explained the installation and how it all came together, downloading the app and working through the various processes to enable me to monitor power generation and storage, as well as troubleshoot. He explained it all so well and simply. Dealing with SolarWide has been easy. Jeb helped with the initial process of selecting panels and battery and I chose a larger battery, so I can run off grid for a period, should there be a power outage, due to a cyclone…. My main concern. Since the installation earlier this week, I’m totally off grid, generating and storing way more power than I need. Solarwide was recommended to me by a friend, which to my mind, is the best recommendation you can get!
Solar-wide installed a battery, inverter to our house. The staff are extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. We had damage to our solar panels on the roof and under insurance we had them come and replace them. Again the staff and company were exceptional. We would have them back again if we have problems again.
I had my solar panels installed by Solar Wide Warana 2012. It really was Great service then. And I also had James with A team from Solar Wide back again 14 years later. They replaced and renewed my system. Solar Wide's service is still outstanding. I’ve had repeated efficient no fussing great value service with this company. Just had a solar and battery system installed by SolarWide and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Install was done on schedule and the quality of the installation works was excellent. Liam took obvious pride in both his and his apprentices work which showed in the finished product.
