Highly recommend! Try blue Australian local company. Easy to deal with, precise and exceptional workmanship. So simple to deal with from start to finish.
Friendly, professional, polite installers. Did a fast, efficient installation of solar and battery. Careful to not scratch colorbond on new build, cleaned up and dusted after they were done, disposed of all rubbish etc.
Very disappointing experience. We paid over $7,000 for a solar system that cannot be used. The system was installed based on a desktop quote with no proper inspection of our electrical supply. After installation, the meter installer refused to connect it and SA Power Networks issued a defect notice. We have since been advised that the system installed is not compatible with our existing supply and requires significant upgrades — something that was never disclosed to us before installation. Had this been identified during proper scoping, we would not have proceeded. We are now left with a system we cannot use and additional unexpected costs. We are currently seeking resolution, but would strongly caution others to ensure a full site inspection is completed before committing to this company.
From start to finish the team at Battery Solar Solution have been fantastic to deal with. From getting a quote, arranging a time, removing my current system, installing my new system, and explaining the setup, the team was efficient, supportive, polite, and informative. I could not have asked for more. Five stars! I would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience getting battery and solar installed. From quote to installation they did exactly what was discussed on time and to a really high standard. I would highly recommend Battery solar solutions.
Jake was friendly and helpful on helping us decide with what was the best system to get. Jake and Cooper did a fantastic job on the installation. Would highly recommend Battery Solar Solutions SA.
Jake is pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable, gave us good comprehensive advice and supplied a great battery solar system at a competitive price. Battery Solar Solutions are a great team, I asked a lot of questions and we had a few tricky specifications but they handled it all without a problem giving us the results we wanted. The installation was smooth and we are very happy with the outcome.
