We have been dealing with Adelaide Solar Systems for almost 4 years. They installed solar panels 4 years ago, serviced them annually and then installed a solar battery a few weeks ago. We have appreciated their professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and their prompt response to any requests. Their prices have also given consideration to Seniors!

Waste of time dealing with this company. I rang and had discussions with one of their reps. They never got back with quotes or showed any interest in wanting the sale. Extremely poor customer service .

Their service was excellent the first time, and when I recently contacted them again for battery installation, the experience was just as good. We had our first experience with Adelaide Solar Systems over ten years ago when we put in a small 2.7kw solar system. Last year we decided to upgrade our solar and had no hesitation in getting Darren back for a quote. We decided to use them again as we trusted them. The new 10.44kw solar system is terrific but we realised we were sending large amounts of power to the grid for a very small return. Got Darren back again and we decided to have a 13kw SIGEN battery installed but this also required a power board upgrade. Adam did a fantastic job of the battery installation and power board upgrade. I cannot praise his workmanship and the care he took completing the work enough. He is the best tradie we have had do work for us. This is our third experience with this company and we have been happy every time! Would definitely recommend them.

The installation team were lovely and easy to deal with, and patiently walked me through how the system works. The finished product looks amazing on the roof too!
