Australian Solar Care

Australian Solar Care is a Pty Ltd legal entity that has been operating since at least 2014. The company provides solar panel cleaning and maintenance services to Adelaide and regional areas. It employs qualified solar technicians who are fully trained, licensed, and insured. The company is fully insured with $20M public liability. It uses purified-water systems for cleaning and the HiFlo CarbonTec System for a streak-free finish.

Its eco-friendly cleaning uses 100% pure water with no chemicals. Australian Solar Care is an approved installer for bird and pest proofing systems, providing approved, warranty-safe bird proofing with humane, chemical-free barriers. It uses South Australia's first solar cleaning robot for commercial cleaning. The company offers full O&M services including inspections, cleaning, shading control, reporting, and warranty support. A detailed Observation Report is provided with every service.

Bird netting installation and solar panel cleaning are the services customers most often describe, with reviewers noting that heavily soiled arrays were restored to proper working order. Punctuality comes up as a consistent theme, since technicians are said to arrive at the agreed time and complete each job without fuss. Named staff members Paul, Daniel and Nicholas are praised for their professionalism, friendliness and the smooth, tidy manner in which they work. Expertise forms another recurring point, with detailed guidance on solar and power consumption described as exceeding what customers expected and, in one instance, saving a household considerable money.

Quotes are called affordable and competitive, and the same clients book scheduled cleans year after year. Communication from the first enquiry to completion is described as clear and well organised, and the installation of bird netting around panel arrays is mentioned alongside the cleaning work. The finished result leaves owners confident their systems are performing as they should. Long-standing clients in Fulham Gardens and the wider Adelaide area value the consistent standard of care, the helpful crew and the practical advice on keeping a solar setup efficient, which keeps them returning for the next service.
