AusBrite Solar

AusBrite Solar has drawn a range of accounts from its customers in Perth. Praise that recurs across the higher ratings centres on the professionalism and friendliness of the team involved, with several reviewers describing staff as knowledgeable, patient and efficient in explaining the work. Reliable scheduling and clear communication before and during installation come up repeatedly, and one account notes that the job proceeded well despite difficult weather and pandemic-related conditions. Reviewers also mention fair pricing and the sense that the company had been referred by existing customers.

Lower-rated accounts strike a different note, describing systems that did not perform as expected after installation, with panels failing to reduce bills and difficulty reaching the company by phone or email once the work was finished. These reviewers recount feeling let down by the absence of follow-up when problems arose. The gap between satisfaction with the installation crews and frustration over after-sales contact is a theme running through the feedback, and handling of post-installation problems shapes how the company is judged.
