From the initial discussion of system design through to handover, the work of Jim and Rory attracts consistent praise in accounts of solar and battery projects around Perth. Installations combining premium panels, a Sungrow hybrid inverter, storage and consumption monitoring are described as smooth and well executed, with equipment placement agreed beforehand and production explained in plain language. Switchboard upgrades, smart meter fitting and electric vehicle charger installation feature alongside fault-finding call-outs, which reviewers characterise as rapid and accurate, with problems resolved when promised.

Communication emerges as a recurring strength: calls are returned, arrival times confirmed, and queries raised after completion answered promptly. Customers writing about their orders describe the pricing as competitive and the manner of the trades as honest and personable. Sites are left neat and tidy once the work concludes, and monitoring applications are set up and walked through so householders can track generation and storage themselves, a detail noted more than once. The same names recur throughout, with Jim and Rory credited for designs tailored to each property and for keeping customers informed at every stage, from the first query about a faulty charger to the final switch-on of a completed battery setup.
