Most excellent service. The additional battery upgrade was marred by the fact that the installers found an existing fault with my installation which prevented the upgrade from being successful. The company went above and beyond to rectify the problem. The faulty battery was identified by BYD and the sent a replacement. Fritts Solar spent a lot of extra time over a few weeks to complete the upgrade at no extra cost to me. They have an outstanding customer relations ethic. I am most impressed with them.
