Solar Repairs Perth

I appreciate the repair work done on my solar hot water system recently. A special thanks to Melissa for her quick response to my online inquiry and for coordinating the repair service so efficiently. Charlie was professional and helpful during the process. I would definitely recommend your services to others. Excellent job overall!

I have used them since 2013, maybe earlier though that is my oldest invoice I hold, I have never had an issue and as such had them install an entire new unit 5 years ago. We called Friday for a small pressure issue and they stated they would place us after the last job on the day to ensure we had water, I stated there was no rush as was not critical ((thinking it would be fixed 7-10 days later), they booked me in Monday and we had a perfect system by lunch. Again, I would use no other

Clark at Solar Repairs recently designed a suitable replacement of my 92 yr old Dad's ancient solar hot water system. He provided honest and insightful advice on the best solution for the particular circumstances, which demonstrated genuine depth of experience. The Solar Repairs team efficiently installed the new system and removed the old one in just a few hours. The new system has been running perfectly ever since. The service truly went way beyond our expectations right from the quotation process. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Solar Repairs to anyone seeking excellent customized, friendly and trustworthy service.

Just had a service done on my Eurosun system he was very thorough and professional, he explained and showed me the parts that was replaced . This is my second hot water system fitted and serviced by them , I will be using them again.

I found Clark the team from Solar Repairs easy to deal with and felt they did the right thing by me. Replacing our solar hot water system was a big-ticket item and after researching our options feel we made the right decision to stick with solar hot water. On the day the job was done things ran smoothly, the job was completed before I got home from work midafternoon and we had hot water again. Very happy - definitely recommend Solar Repairs!

Solar Repairs installed a new Eurosun solar hot water system on my roof in April 2025 replacing the old one. Photo is of the old tank being lifted off. The new solar collector panel below about to be installed. Good job ✅ Post script: the Eurosun solar hot water system was installed more than a year ago and has exceeded my expectations giving hot water even during cold overcast days. Since it was installed I have only had to turn the electric booster element on for 2 or 3 days at the most. Absolutely brilliant system. Highly recommended 👍🏼

After multiple requests for a breakdown of my invoice, I was given vague responses over several correspondences before it was eventually confirmed that the work is charged as a fixed service package rather than itemised labour and parts. This was not made clear upfront, and there is no visibility on the actual split between components such as valves, sacrificial anode, and labour. This situation could have been avoided entirely if this had been clearly communicated at the outset. If I had been told upfront that the pricing is strictly package-based and that no itemised breakdown would be provided, I would have understood and accepted that from the beginning. Instead, it required repeated follow-up emails to establish how the pricing model actually works. While the total cost ($435) may still be reasonable for the service provided, customers who expect standard itemised invoicing for maintenance work should be aware that this is not provided here, even when requested.
