I recently purchased an 11kw solar system at our new house which is still under construction. Our wood heater and chimney were supposed to be installed prior to the solar going on the roof and on install day I had forgotten to mention to the crew not to block the chimney with the solar panels. I rushed out there to inform the sunergy crew and to our advantage they had already considered the chimney and inverter location in the best interest of us and the house. It was nice to have that level of consideration from the electrician. We also had to be squeezed into their busy schedule. I was a little bit late with organising the install and we needed the panels installed for our certificate of occupancy to come through (to achieve a 7 star energy efficient house rating). The entire process was completed and they were able to get the job finished before the house was finished.

The team at Sunergy Solar were absolutely brilliant. They were very helpful in promptly answering any questions we had. The installers did a perfect job in installing our battery and panels. Im happy to say for the first time we are now in credit with our electricity bills. I highly recommend Sunergy Solar and supporting our local businesses. Thank you very much.

I had Sunergy install an off grid system. Energy Safe Victoria audited my system and found 25 items that were not in compliance with the required standards. I have found that customer support is no existent and I would never use them again. Edit: I have not made a mistake about who installed my system. A43092. Just so Sunergy can identify the ESV report the first line item is “Cables entering the ground from PV array - Inadequate protection provided”.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Tony from SUNERGY. I was having major issues with my Selectronic system after swapping out Gel for Lithium which I had purchased myself. I spoke to many companies who could not work out the issue and subsequently gave up. But Tony to his credit worked on it and got the problem solved. I am pleased to say tonight we have our power back and cannot thank SUNERGY enough. Cheers Lee McGrow

We have utilised Sunergy for a number of projects over the years and the reasoning for this was recently justified. It was necessary to complete a firmware update of our ev charger, unfortunately this didn't go to plan for unknown reasons and the charger no longer operated as it previously had. After a brief stop at Sunergy to explain the situation, the attention and effort to resolve the situation was exceptional...to the point that we had a technician attend our house on a Sunday to replace a part, update the firmware and get us back up and running. Thanks to Luke, Rodda and Sunergy....fantastic service providers in Bendigo and surrounds.

Sunenergy were extremely supportive through all aspects of planning, rebate requests and installation. Installation staff were polite and very capable with good communication. Would have no hesitation in recommending Sunenergy as a firm to work with. We can now look forward to having our new solar panels, battery and heat bank provide for our all electric home needs.
