A bit disappointed. I called Mark for a quote, but the details I provided didn’t seem to work for him, and he wasn’t interested in reviewing my power bill. He suggested that quotes can’t really be compared and that I should just choose one company. My experience didn’t quite match the recent positive reviews, as he seemed a bit rushed and not very engaged.

I had very good communication throughout the journey to get my solar battery installed . It is a very busy time. The installation is excellent and I am very happy with the work that has been done. I would be happy to recommend Solar Run.

We purchased this battery on the recommendation of a trusted friend and after an initial discussion with Mark Conlan went ahead based on on the information he gave us which was clear, informative and without pressure. We accepted the fact the company was very busy and we’re advised installation would be a few weeks away. We were Given a date and the installers turned up on time and proceeded with the installation without issue and I was very impressed with the job they did. The installation was inspected the next and the system commissioned and made operational. Overall very happy with all aspects of the process.

Kept in contact though out the whole process. Found a second installer who did our job with out any problems. Job well done.

Mark and the team recently installed 6.6 kw of solar and a 30kw Hinen battery and inverter. Couldn't be happier. Mark was always available to answer any questions and went out of his way to fix a small install issue. Service and support from him and the team at Hinen couldn't be better. System is working a treat and would highly recommend them. Thanks Mark and team.
