We found Midland Solar provided good advice, Leah was our consultant, she was very clear and he liked the fact she came around to look at our property and made us more confident in the decision making with her knowledge and providing options. The Installation was as expected, very clean and a real upside was we were installed ahead of provided time frames provided and before the STC changes, this saved us even more which was great a surprise. As part of the solar battery rebate we approached 3 solar companies to quote on a battery installation for our home. My wife and I were very impressed with the knowledgeable presentation that Leah presented. Her attention to all aspects of planning for the installation was most reassuring to us. She kept us abreast of all the details of the installation outlining the chronological process that relates to the battery installation. Installation day the installers arrived on time set up quickly and worked together as a team unit. Even when a couple of challenges occurred with the installation they calmly and professionally handled the situations. I was most impressed with the cleanup of the work site on completion and also spending the time to install and explain the operation of the app on my phone Since the install the battery has operated faultlessly and has on two occasions demonstrated the advantages of battery in a power blackout. Midland Solar are outstanding. The whole team were professional from start to finish and we could not be happier with the results.
