BUYER BEWARE! The WORST experience i have ever had with a company... Karan and Rajinmder are a couple of slick salesmen that lie just to get work. All they want is to sign you up and then they forget about you. I should have written this a year ago but we have been fighting the installation company - Sun to Solar signed us up to get our heating cooling installed by what they said was them. They then sub contracted it out and that company basically wrecked all underneath of our house. The photos are of how the installers treated our home. They upended tool boxes on our driveway and left screws (i got a flat tyre out of it) They left the rubbish on our lawn for over a week and still left rubbish all over the property that we had to pick up. Karan under quoted it to get the project, then they said it has nothing to do with them. BEWARE of these two lying salesmen!!!! They left us over winter last year with no heating!!!

I have installed solar panels on previous properties over the years from other installers who have contacted me through cold calls. Every time I have enquired if they were Ballarat local businesses and was told they were only to have the installer coming from Melbourne. This time with the installation of my solar battery, being a significant long term investment for my property I wanted to ensure I had a local contact for the duration of the installation and any ongoing question I may have. I contacted Rajinder at Sun 2 Solar in the morning and he was more than happy to visit me that afternoon to discuss my options. I already had a reasonably large 8.3KW solar panel system installed, which meant my battery size and type options were fairly broad, but Rajinder took the time to go through my previous solar output over the last year and walk me through all my possible options taking into account what I wanted to achieve with the battery, it's cost and our daily household usage. He left me with all my options to choose from and absolutely no pressure to make a decision and sign there and then. I did take some time to decide on the battery, but when I contacted Rajinder, despite he's busy workload he was able to install the battery for me the next day which allowed me to take advantage of the maximum rebate days before the rebate change (saving me over $15k!!!) On the day of the installation of my GoodWe battery he set up the app and discussed the best way to utilise my battery. A few weeks on and with typically cloudy, cold Ballarat weather I've been able to generate 97% of our whole daily energy use through battery and solar alone, and the 3% is timed to coincide with off peak prices. Sun 2 solar is without doubt the best solar experience I have had. And for the first time, with ever increasing power prices I am confident I have made the best decision for my family and property for the future.

Rajinder was so helpful in providing a system that met are needs . Installation was prompt and professional. We could not be happier with are new Solar and battery.
