Solar Ballarat

Ballarat homeowners describe a consistently smooth path from quotation through to installation, with solar panels and battery systems fitted promptly after quotes are accepted. Several customers highlight the clear explanations provided during consultations, noting that the team took time to understand individual needs without applying pressure to upsell, and that the delivered work matched what had been promised.

Karan Arora is named repeatedly for his professionalism, knowledge and approachable manner, with reviewers crediting his experience for making the process easy and stress-free. Reliability and punctuality come up often, as does the tidiness of the finished job, including a 40kw battery installation that one customer called neat and tidy. Communication before and after the work is another recurring theme, described as consistent and reassuring throughout. Reviewers also mention competitive pricing and the noticeable drop in power bills once systems were running, along with advice that was attentive rather than pushy.

Team members beyond Karan are also praised for friendliness and patience when answering questions about how the installed equipment operates. Repeat mentions of prompt scheduling, careful workmanship and helpful follow-up give a picture of a local operation focused on residential solar and battery solutions, with customers noting that expectations set at the start were met by the time the job finished.
