From the first conversation, Greg took the time to properly understand what I was trying to achieve, which was removing as much reliance on the grid as possible, and not prioritising selling energy back via VPP etc. The initial brief felt consultative, with clear explanations around system design, battery sizing, three-phase setup, as well as future flexibility.
