Excellent service and clear explanation. Extra support provided when the equipment needed a software update from the factory. I didn’t need to do anything until everything was well set up. Well done!
Thanks Solar Power Direct for the instal of my new solar panels and battery, the guys did an amazing job, they were so friendly and helpful with and through the whole process. A credit to you guys at Solar Power Direct, will definitely tell all my friends to see you for their solar needs. Cheers Joe
Great presentations and excellent hospitatlity. A chair would have been nice. I successfully extended an invite at your suggestion, was accepted, obtained a lift home and maybe an Amber referral off the back of it all so thank You Richard
Excellent installation team. Quick efficient and well explained. Assisted with app set up and spent a lot of time explaining how it all works. Thanks to Miles and the team
Upgraded our system via Solar Direct and they did a great job. Margarida came and reviewed our current system and gave us a great plan for an upgrade which has already shown to be awesome. No more bills. Miles was extremely helpful and patient during the installation and gave us a thorough run through on the app and how it works. Recommend Margarida and Miles and the team
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I had a fantastic experience with the Solar Power Direct team from my very first enquiry through to the day of installation. Prior to the install, the office and sales team (Steve) were incredibly informative; they actually took the time to listen and answer every one of my questions thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence in the process. On the day, the electrician (Lachlan) was just as impressive. He was professional, patient with my further questions, and clearly took great pride in his work. The workmanship is truly outstanding—neat, tidy, and exactly what you’d hope for. I couldn't be happier with the choice to go with Solar Power Direct.
Solar Power Direct is an outstanding company, that has worked tirelessly and consistently to make the process seamless with our solar panel installations. A reliable and responsive team and happy to answer any questions I had! Wonderful workmanship and service - highly recommend!
