PowerLi

PowerLi is a South Australian family-run business that is 100% South Australian owned and operated. It has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, operations management, and customer service. The company is brand-independent and designs systems to suit the home and budget.

It works with CEC approved brands. PowerLi offers a Goodwill Guarantee providing compensation while customers wait for installation. It provides face-to-face service across Adelaide Metro. Services include solar and battery packages, battery system packages, and full design, install and post-install tuning.

Installation of battery storage systems for homes in Adelaide is the thread that runs through the feedback, and the comments return again and again to how smoothly the work is carried out. Taran, Preet and Van are named by several customers, who describe them as approachable and generous with their time, explaining the setup and the reasoning behind each recommendation without any sense of being rushed or pressured. Advice is a point that comes up often: reviewers value the guidance offered before a decision is made, including suggestions about battery capacity and switching to a different electricity retailer, and the sense that the recommendations are made to suit the household rather than to close a sale.

Punctuality and a tidy, well-organised installation are mentioned repeatedly, as is the impression that the work is finished to a high standard and that the finished system performs as described. Pricing is generally described as strong relative to other quotes obtained, and the after-sales support is spoken of warmly, with customers noting that queries are answered once the job is done. A difficult placement was resolved with patience, and more than one account notes that grid reliance ended after commissioning.
