Solarpro

We recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Solar Pro. The entire team from sales through to install were great to deal with. Sam was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and always responsive to our many questions, even after install. Install was a little challenging due to the wet weather limiting roof access but Solar Pro had an efficient process in place to ensure install completion without losing too many days in between or feeling like we’d been forgotten.

As newbies to solar, we did a fair bit of prior research but still needed discussion and advice along the way. We arranged 3 quotes for panels and battery from relatively local firms (easier follow-up if needed). Solarpro stood out as being the most responsive and helpful of the 3, Josh had good technical knowledge and experience, helped us work out the best combination of systems, capacities, etc to make best use of our limited space, with some capacity for future expansion. Communication and advice were excellent, including responses to new questions and thoughts. Left the competition for dead, with a better solution and a good price. Installation was also a positive experience, Chris Marco and Linton were very professional and efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Completed the install in a single day, including dealing with a roof problem we didn't know we had. The end result looks great, and it was up and running at the end of that day, lots of "free" power generated from day one. We would definitely recommend Solarpro: easy to deal with, excellent communications, knowledgeable and helpful staff, good technology, and a good end result.

I had been looking at solar for a number of years and from previous contact I had some confidence in Solarpro but I needed to be convinced. From my first contact Josh impressed me with his practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge which gave me much more confidence about the whole process. Emails or calls were followed up unexpectedly quickly, often within hours even if I had messaged out of hours. Nothing was too much trouble. Professional, knowledgable and respectful Josh was by far the best technical 'salesman' I have ever dealt with. A small army turned up punctually on installation day, all extremely helpful and polite. The head of the team was knowledgable and helpful and communicated well. My roof has shingle times that I know are extremely brittle and likely to crack just by looking at them. All companies added a premium to deal with the inevitable breakages and time required to replace them. The Solarpro team were extremely careful and not only replaced any tiles cracked during the installation but they also pointed out and replaced other cracked tiles on the roof that had nothing to do with the installation. Overall far fewer tiles were needed than could have been the case with such brittle tiles. I have never known any tradie to be as tidy as this team. Apart from what they installed it was as if they had never been there! Not even a single piece of stripped insulation anywhere. All cabling discrete and neat even when 'hidden' in the ceiling void. Quick and efficient the installation was completed within the day. Grid connection was absolutely seamless. I was expecting some delay and additional hassle but there was none and it was extremely quick. Basically the whole system was effectively 'plug and play'. Not the cheapest but in all my dealings with Solarpro from the owner, salesman, designer and installation crew they are outstandingly professional and give me great confidence in the system installed and their potential response should I need their help in the future. 11kW Aiko panels, 24kWh Sigen battery/inverter

Throughout the quoting and sales process Josh and the Solarpro team were helpful, knowledgable and easy to deal with. On installation day the Solarpro team arrived en masse, on time and enthusiastic. They quickly got on with the removal of the old system and installation of new. The whole process caused only minimal disruption and when consultation was required, Simon and team were a pleasure to work with. By late afternoon we were up and running, all work areas clean and tidy and any questions I had were all resolved. Haven't missed a beat since and love the Tesla App for tracking our system performance. I would highly recommend Solarpro for you Solar projects.

We have used SolarPro twice. The first time was 20 years ago (just for solar panels) and the second time in the last couple of months (replacement panels, battery and gateway). Both times we have been very happy with the service. Communication is great. The tradespeople on the day were fast and worked hard on a very hot day. The install has gone smoothly and the app works well. Very happy customers
