Was a bit disappointed when they couldn’t fit me in before rebates dropped but very professional afterwards and good install when it eventually happened. Only negative was we were too cheap to install a concrete bed and now it looks bad but no one goes out there anyway. Only wish we go in earlier would have been $3K cheaper! No issues so far good working system solar and battery.

I am very happy with Adam and his team. Adam was very helpful in recommending the best solar system to suit my house. He was always available to answer any questions or inquiries I had with my Solar Panels, inverter and Battery. Ming and his team who installed the system arrived on time, were very tidy and cleaned up, respectful and polite. There was a language barrier (Vietnamese) but Ming was very professional and thorough in explaining how the system worked. When I was thinking of getting a Solar Battery, a friend of mine who had used Solar Galaxy to install the panels and the battery, gave me the contact details and was full of praise about the company and the service they provided. I made a phone call around 4.30 pm and spoke to Victor and told him that my friend introduced their company, and I was looking to get a price to install a battery . After asking a few questions, he told me that he would get back to me soon. Since it was almost the end of the day I was expecting to hear from him the next day. To my surprise I received a call from Victor, at 5.45 to let me know that he had emailed the prices for three types of batteries to me, and should I have any questions to contact him. Since that very moment Victor had been very helpful. The battery was installed yesterday and even Mins the installer was very efficient and patient to explain the system to me. Also when they finished the job the place was cleaned up as well. I would like to Thank Victor for all his help and would recommend Solar Galaxy to anyone who is looking for a company to install solar panels and batteries. I personally would give them 5 out of 5.
