Solar Shine Australia

Solar Shine Australia is a solar maintenance and repair company founded in 2018 by Andrew Barrington, who has a background in roofing. The business is locally owned and operated and is fully insured. It specialises in solar panel cleaning, solar bird proofing, solar inspections, robotic solar cleaning, and preventative solar maintenance, and uses advanced robotic solar cleaning technology and thermal drone inspections, with digital inspection reporting provided.

Solar Shine Australia serves residential, commercial, and large-scale solar systems across NSW, working with homeowners, commercial businesses, schools, government facilities, and large-scale solar asset owners.

Cleaning and protective maintenance of rooftop solar arrays is the theme that runs through most accounts of Solar Shine Australia, with reviewers describing work on household systems and on a solar hot water unit that appeared never to have been serviced before. Customers repeatedly mention technicians turning up when arranged and getting on with the job without fuss, whether the task involved washing panels, fitting bird mesh to stop nesting beneath the array or carrying out a maintenance check to confirm everything was running correctly.

Clear explanations and swift responses to quote requests come up often, and before-and-after photographs are supplied together with reports and system tests. Named team members such as Lee and Andrew, along with his crew, are singled out for their friendly manner and professional approach, and the neatness of the finished work draws comment, with panels left looking new and mesh fitted tidily. Reviewers note fair pricing for the result and repeat bookings, particularly one household now on its third visit after earlier bird proofing, and the same care is described on each occasion, including courtesy shown by the crew on an extremely hot day.
