Watters Electrical & Solar Shepparton

Twelve months after our Sungrow inverter/battery system was installed (not by Watters), we sought a quote from the original supplier/installer to double our battery capacity. The price provided was a bit surprising and prompted us to go shopping. I was aware of Watters by local reputation and sheer volume of vans on the road, so I contacted Justin from the solar team in the Watters Shepparton office to have a chat. After explaining the current installation and our expansion requirements, Justin provided a quotation which beat the quote we had in hand by thousands. A follow-up chat with Justin meant they were able to alter the scope of the job slightly, saving another bunch of cash in the process. Watters got the nod and scheduled the install date. A hiccup in delivery of the new battery caused a delay (NOT Watters fault), but we got the guys on site on the rescheduled date. Not only did Paul and the installation team provide a great customer experience, but they also kept their work area clean and organised, and left it spotless when they were finished. No rubbish, no mess, not so much as a cable tie left behind. In addition to a great experience up to that point, Watters also provided a bit of extra kit that made our system’s whole house backup a whole lot more user friendly, and the installation was seamless. Outstanding! Once the job was done and dusted, I visited the Watters office in Shepparton to discuss our experience and pay the bill. I had an expectation of the balance I’d need to pay but was pleasantly surprised when Blake and Justin explained they’d used less material and time than expected, thereby reducing our outstanding balance by more than a thousand bucks! I cannot speak highly enough of the Watters experience. Great communication, respectful treatment, honest and transparent pricing, and top tier workmanship.

Incredibly impressed with the work done by the solar and battery team. From first initiating the process with the sales team to final install (including the ongoing office admin and communication), an absolutely amazing service throughout. Highly recommend.

Got some solar and a battery put in by Watters. Turned up on time and were done very quickly. Very friendly and showed us how everything worked. Weren't worried when my son was following them around asking thousands of questions. Would definitely recommend.

Watters installed a new solar panel and battery system for me 6 months ago. It has been excellent and has performed exactly as I hoped. The process was great starting with Justin coming to my house to see what I was after and providing suggestions, then booking in a date for install, which was exactly when it was done, then a quick efficient install that included a great clean up. Couldnt be happier.

Watters are the most efficient, clean electrical tradies who come prepared with everything required, when they are supposed to be there, very organised to complete the work without any interruptions and very respectful, honest people. Highly recommend them as we have employed Watters Electrical for our 5 laundromats and dwelling.
