I live off the grid and purchased a Power Hub 5 system, thoroughly recommend this system top quality components. I have had one intermittent fault with the MPPT Controller this was solved quickly a replacement was posted immediately and with help on the phone it was an easy fix. When I have had any queries the after sales service has been excellent, I am a bit of a a Luddite even writing this review is testing me.The technical assistance have been patient and easy to contact. A very good company to deal with.

When I recently established that my Victron Cerbo had died, I reached out to Commodore. Jack provided top-shelf technical support and customer service, with a brand new replacement Cerbo sent out. Great comms; patient, supportive, clear with his requests and guidance, plus post installation remote checking. Thank you Jack - and thank you Commodore.

I purchased an of grid system from Commodore 4 years ago for a tiny house I was building. Recently I has a problem with the display screen so I contacted the service department in Shepparton for help. This involved popping into the shop a couple of times and having a phone hookup with Jack from the tech area. During my visit to the store I was greeted in a friendly, professional way - with several people making sure I was being looked after. Glenn and the service team were great and nothing was too much trouble. My phone call with Jack not only sorted out the problem with my system efficiently but was an educational exercise for someone who is not at all ‘tech savvy’. Jack was patient as he ran through the ‘fix’ over the phone, updating the software for my system components, walking me through the steps I had to do and explaining clearly what was being done along the way. Now that’s good service! 5 stars Commodore, 5 stars Jack!

My sparkie made the comment of how well its built and put together, he said they have done all the hard work for him! We recently had an off-grid system installed at our farm by Commodore Solar and couldn’t be happier. The whole setup is incredibly neat, well thought out and finished to a really high standard. What really surprised us was the cost — compared to connecting to mains power, the value is incredible and made the decision an easy one. Everything was clearly explained, the install ran smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in their work. It’s a very clean, professional system that gives us total confidence living off-grid. Highly recommend to anyone considering solar or battery storage — especially for rural properties

My PowerHub 10 arrived so quickly after ordering and the team at Commodore are so knowledgeable that I have complete faith in my off-grid system. Went with the larger battery cabinet and so excited to install at my new property. Drew & the team there really know their stuff and worked with me for my exact need and load profile. Would highly recommend.

We had an off-grid kit system built by Commodore roughly 3 years ago for a small AirBNB on our property in regional VIC. Support through the install process was excellent and the system has worked faultlessly up until recently where the system was intermittently re-booting before eventually faulting. I picked up the phone and called support & spoke with Janos who got me to run though some simple trouble shooting before diagnosing the fault to a malfunctioning CerboGX. At no cost to me, Commodore posted out a replacement CerboGX and helped me install and configure the new unit. My first call to Commodore was the Friday morning Jan 9th, the day the latest round of fires were sweeping through Victoria. Despite Commodore being swamped with support calls from lots of customers in Victoria, the support I received was impeccable. The replacement Cerbo arrived the following week despite us living in a fire affected area and I had no trouble contacting support to get back up and running. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Commodore to anyone looking to install an off-grid electrical system. Their advice initially and ongoing support has been A1, and the care and attention to detail their technicians apply in wiring and laying out the inverter, charge controllers, isolation switches on there pre-assembled kits is second to none.
