What an amazing team, Vortex had previously installed our solar panels, we were very happy with the installation and service received then, it was only natural we would get Simon and team back to install our solar batteries and EV charger. When researching Solar Panels, I wanted a local company who understood our needs and wants. Simon absolutely got this. From first point of contact to installation and after, Simon very patiently answered all my questions and explained what I did not know, all in layman's terms. After accepting his quotes for both Solar Panels and a new Hot Water Heat Pump, (which were extremely competitive) installation occurred very quickly over a 2 day period. Simon's team were very professional, polite and always had a smile going on 😊 Clean up was no problem and they left our property as they found it. The app set up for the Solar Panels was very easy to navigate and the Solar Panels themselves look great and do exactly what I wanted them to do. Our new Hot Water Heat Pump is also great, with water usage being absolutely no issues now and works in tandem with the Solar Panels. We are now saving a substantial amount on our electricity bills and I could not be any happier. I am wanting to add another battery in by the end of the year and will definitely be calling Simon again. Would highly recommend Simon and his company, Vortex Electrical - they are truly a fantastic and honest company to work with 😊😊👍
From the very first contact, with Sophie, when she came to our home and assessed the area and our solar needs, right through to the install of the panels, we found Vortex to be professional, friendly and very helpful. We were very unsure what we required when we started our solar venture, and we’re very pleasantly surprised that the only thing we needed to worry about was accepting the quote, Sophie even came out to assist with the application for the rebate. The installers worked swiftly and professionally and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Overall a very positive experience, and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.
Sophie and the team were/are amazing to deal with! The patience and care taken from the initial quotation and listening to our needs to then when the team installed the system were second to none. I could recommend Vortex highly enough!
From first phone call to completion of installation Vortex excelled. The sales manager helped us to understand our needs and worked with us to install a system that was right for us. We are delighted with the installation. I have since recommended Vortex to 2 other friends who are considering a solar installation and would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a solar system for their home or business.
