My family and I are very happy with the process, service and installation of our off grid Velocity solar system. First I contacted them about solar panels which were installed in 2024. Then when the government rebate came in I went for a battery. At each step along the way, Velocity Solar staff have been full of clear information, and the backup is great when I have been unclear on anything to do with the product or procedure. I value that contact so much. It's all been smooth, reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them, and have done so to friends who are also having a battery installed now.
