Nothing but all good to say about universe solar as they always go above and beyond with my solar system and now the battery. Would highly recommend.

How dare you treat potential customers this way. I arranged an appointment, you confirmed then the sales person reappointed. That's OK but what's not OK is that no one turned up, no one bothered to inform me of this and no one apologised or tried to contact me to re appoint. I changed my schedule to meet your representative's issues. That was inconvenient for me insomuch as I had to reappoint other trades also working on my property, but we are very keen on solar. So, expect a review...won't be great. And do not think of trying to reappoint. If you don't have the decency to either apologise or reappoint within a requisite time then that brings into question your after sales service.

I’d been looking into batteries for a while but was put off by the price. The new rebate made it much more achievable, and Universe Solar took the stress out of the process. They explained everything clearly, gave me realistic timelines, and the installation team did a really tidy job. It’s great being able to store my own power now instead of relying so much on the grid.
