I highly recommend Solarhart Gold Coast to anyone considering a solar battery or solar system upgrade. The installation was completed perfectly, and the team provided me with several options to suit my needs without any pressure. The team including Kerryn, Cyann and the electricians were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. A great experience from start to finish.
The plumber from Solahart got to the cause of the problem with my HWS quickly and fixed it. He was professional and friendly. I'm very happy with the service.
Very poor experience. First it took over a week to get a response to my initial query. Just wanted an estimate over the phone but they wouldn’t without someone coming out (so add another 5 days). They then cancelled my appointment the day before because I didn’t confirm within 3hrs of a text they sent
We recently had a new Solarhart hot water system installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation through to the installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The installers arrived on time, took great care while working on the property, and completed the installation to a very high standard. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and left the site clean and tidy when they finished. I would highly recommend Solarhart to anyone considering a new hot water system. Great service, quality workmanship, and an all-round hassle-free experience. Thank you to the whole team for a job well done!
After spending many weeks trying to find a company to repair my existing solar system I was directed to Solarhart. From the very first phone call I felt that I was being listened to and they were there to help. Every member of the team from the start to the completion of repair has been knowledgeable and efficient. I will never use any other company for my solar requirements. Thank you Solarhart. 🙏
