Recently upgraded from my old panels to a 10.4kW solar and 42kWh battery package through Ultimate Energy Australia, and I couldn't be happier with the result. A special mention to Genevieve — her communication was exceptional throughout. She was proactive with follow-ups and kept me informed of any changes to the quote, which made the whole process stress-free. The install team were just as efficient and communicative, got the job done smoothly. Couldn't ask for better service honestly, all round. Highly recommend Ultimate Energy Australia if you're considering an upgrade.
Ultimate Energy were excellent it taking the time before sale to work through the best solution for me. Through the install process and after it, they were very helpful. I would certainly recommend them.
